Abstract
The current existing working system of the State Central Library is done manually. The System cannot be enhanced to provide the ever increasing members, books, records etc. For all these years the work of the Library is done manually. Issuing of books, renew of books, book return, buying new books, furniture etc. are done daily on papers. This article is depicting how system is design to centralize any library.
