Flight Controller Design for UAV
Abstract
The paper presents the structure and the design aspects of a robust flight controller that could be used to control any kind of UAV (unmanned aerial vehicles). It describes the basic fundamentals that operate and manage the UAV and proposes a vision-based stabilization and output tracking control method for a UAV. It aims to understand the control algorithm, loop-time and current parameters of the flight controller. This paper also introduces to a new feature where the minor PID changes could be done in the air over the flight using over the air update.
