Dhaval Chudasama

Abstract

With accelerated technological developments, our life is becoming more digitized. Be it business, education, shopping, or banking trades everything is in cyberspace. The world has advanced in terms of information, particularly with the development of the internet. A key problem facing today’s society is the boost in cybercrime. So, e-crimes pose risks to nations, institutions, and objects across the globe as we all know that this is the period where most of the transaction is done generally over the internet. Because the internet is considered a global stage, anyone from anywhere can access it. A cyber risk is a bad act that seeks to wreck data, steal data, or disrupt digital life generally. Cyber risks can come from within a bay window by trusted addicts or from remote places by unknown parties. Cybersecurity strategies are designed to improve security for businesses and professionals worldwide. The term “Cyber Law” was first used to deter or punish hackers. Cyber law can be defined as the area of the legal systems that deals with legal matters and the internet. This case study covers brief information and study on cybercrime, cyber threat, cybersecurity strategies and cyber law in India and innovative suggestions for the future.
