Manas Kumar Yogi, Geetha Usha Sri Bade, Pynni Srujana

Abstract

As industry 4.0 is increasing its popularity day by day we present in this research work on how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used in various scenarios of scheduling and optimization. The study contains the current trends where multiple organizations are leveraging the AI features for their performance by optimization during the scheduling process. This research work will serve as a primer to the practitioners and researchers of AI who want to involve the benefits of AI and ML techniques in various industries. We present the research challenges to be faced in future in this domain which will help the users of AI to break the traditional hindrances faced during common scheduling process.
