Transparent Recruitment Model with Blockchain Technology

Abstract

In the recent years, Blockchain as a technology used as a strong and potential tool for delivering promising decentralized applications by organizations. The objective of this paper is to provide a Blockchain based framework for recruitment process to ease the work of Human Resource Management (HRM) team. To realize the potentiality of the framework, we provide the Blockchain
implemented prototype of the recruitment application. The proposed framework improvises the existing system of recruitment process by using Blockchain. Along with verification of candidate profile, a key aspect of recruitment process, this framework considered some key aspects such as payroll system, talent development, and performance evaluation. The framework uses the smart contract for implementing the candidate selection and payroll system. Smart contract in candidate selection process helps to make the selection process more secure and in payroll system, it helps an organization for making easy transaction process, real time payments, and disbursing employee salaries. The proposed framework is customizable and does not require any special hardware.
