AADHAAR-based E-voting using raspberry Pi

Abstract


An Aadhaar-based electronic voting system is to avoid multiple votes and provides more secure voting system in India. In this arrangement, a booth will be created. Here, the first process to create a webpage, all the information’s of every voters and candidates uploaded in the created webpage. The second process is take place at time of voting. The fingerprint is scanned by using fingerprint scanner. If the given fingerprint is matched with information in the webpage, the name of the voter will be displayed in the LCD display. At the same time, IVR provides voice message. Then the ballot list will display according to the address of voter. After submitting the vote the Aadhaar will block from server. IVR allows voters to interact with electronic voting machine via a keypad.
