IoT Enabled Smart Waste Collection

Abstract

Waste management is one of the essential city services. It includes different activities like collection, transportation, treatment and disposal of waste. In this paper we are going to discuss the different waste collection methods which were previously used and the different smart waste collection methods which can be used to ease the overall process and the difficulties that occur in the traditional method. With the help of technology like IOT it is been possible to implement Smart Waste Management. So we will also be discussing about different IOT based Waste Collection techniques.
