The most challenging part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs) of ending poverty in “all its form from the planet” is to provide food to 1.25 billion poor people including 629 million, children living in 116 countries. Our discovering shows that the majority of cultivating networks do not have information and ability to utilize new techniques for food creation. The ranchers in numerous nations are uninformed and rely on customary techniques for anticipating the season and development. They are denied of the advantages of the advanced investigates and generally uninformed of their jobs in forestalling environmental change and supporting the planet’s regular assets. Poor implementation of policies, absence of proper marketing, profit making behavior of middle men, lack of finances. We found that it is possible only by use of ICT technology. They get encouraged to use technology to find solutions when they face draught, flood, worm attack and for availing benefit of government schemes. The paper further propounds that the utilization of arising advancements for keen cultivating needs another way to deal with R&D and rancher’s schooling.
